EASY PIE CRUST

WAY, WAY, WAY TOO EASY! A flaky pie crust with no butter? You don't even miss it! I am never rolling out another pie crust again. I am so very thrilled to have found this pie crust. Try it out with the Buttermilk Pie I feature on this blog: http://tastethisliz.blogspot.com/2008/11/buttermilk-pie.html

Ingredients

1/2 c. salad oil (Canola oil is perfect)
1/4 c. milk (If you have buttermilk, use that!)
1/2 tsp. salt (You can put in less if desired)
1 1/2 c. flour

Mix all ingredeints right in the pie plate.

Stir just until moistened.
Press dough out and up side of plate, shape over rim, with water around edge to help adhere (I did not have to put water around the rim, but it would have made this easy pie crust even easier!).

Bake in 350 degree oven until golden brown for pie shell or can be used for custard-type pie or crust with crumb topping for top crust. Very good and easy.
