I love pumpkin cheesecake... And why don't we eat stuffing at any other time during the year? So good!

I love apple cider and wassail. Mmmm...they just have a way of warming up my belly.

Pumpkin cheesecake is definitely a fave (and weekness) of mine too. There is a simple variation that can be made from the Ooey Gooey Butter Bars recipe that is under the Brownies catagory. I also love Butternut Squash and Apple Soup and Roasted Lamb with rosemary and pomegranite. Autumn dishes have strong flavors, yet they are comforting. I would eat any of these any time of the year!

I love fall, and Thanksgiving Dinner is my all time favorite meal. Turkey, mashed potatoes, cranberries, green bean casserole, baked onions in white sauce, candied yams, all covered in gravy! Any variation of a pumpkin/spice dessert always sounds good to me.
