I love cheesecake brownies, especially Ooey Gooey Butter Cakes, find the recipe under the Brownies label.
I also love Canollis, Mike's Pastry in Boston has the best.
Good Ice Cream with homemade hot fudge is always way up there, find a recipe for hot fudge under the Dessert Sauces Label. My favorite ice creams are:

Peach Cobbler, Butter tarts,Cheesecake, Gelato, a really rich Chocolate cake, Peanut butter bars, Brownies with caramel, My Grandmothers lemon bars, my other Grandmothers shortbread, and my moms cookies!
